River City Racing Club has called Evansville home since its creation in 1981. Beginning at Moutoux Park, a group of guys with a love of unlimited hydroplane racing and radio controls came together in October 1981, formed a club and started hosting RC races in June 1982. The races then moved from Moutoux Park to Eagle Crest Lake where we enjoyed 23 years of racing memories there. September 2016 marked the end of racing at Eagle Crest due to the size of the events and amount of construction in the area. We now call Deaconess Sports Park home where approx 30 members come together to put on three races every year that are always free to the public.
